What we collect
To build your chart we collect your name, birth date, exact birth time, birth place, and email address. We collect payment details through our encrypted payment processor; we never store your full card number ourselves.
How we use it
Your birth details are used solely to calculate and interpret your natal chart and your weekly real-time insights. Your email is used to deliver your report, your insights, and account messages. We do not sell your data — ever.
Who sees your chart
Your report is reviewed by a senior astrologer in the astrossoul Circle, under strict confidentiality. No identifying information beyond what’s needed for the reading is shared with them.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from insights at any time by writing to hello@astrossoul.com. We honor every request promptly.
